Built in 1874, The Odd Fellows building is the tallest and one of the most recognizable buildings in town. Odd Fellows is a critical piece of the Thorntown streetscape that desperately needs to find its former glory. And we will ensure that it does. It's time has come.
Beginning in January 2025, the iconic Odd Fellows building will receive the fully comprehensive restoration that it — and the town of Thorntown — deserve. Two new (and combine-able) Main Street commercial/retail spaces and 5 new urban loft-style apartments, behind a beautifully restored Main Street facade with soaring brick-to-brick windows befitting the building's original design.
Thorntown is a town on the move, and the growth will be tremendous in the next few years. We seek to place businesses that will compliment the Town's future.
There will be Main Street retail availability in this building as well as the newly restored 111/113 E. Main Street building one block away.
